Our street address, for UPS, Fed Ex or any other type of courier service that requires a street address, is 11481 SW Hall, Suite 201, Portland, Oregon 97223. The building can be a little tricky to find, so feel free to call for directions if you have an appointment.
Our office’s main phone number is still 503.968.8111, and our phone extensions are once again all working.
Unfortunately, our fax number will not be ported until tomorrow (Wednesday 2/21), when it will return to 503.968.7228. If you need to fax us before then, you can fax us at 503-877-1764.
